Aboo YANG (Yang A-Bu)
Aboo YANG is a Taipei-based freelance illustrator, graphic designer, and 2D animator. A graduate of Shih Chien University’s Department of Communications Design, she is the founder of "La Sunpo Studio" (来散步). Her work is celebrated for its vibrant color palettes and soulful depictions of the natural world, with a particular focus on animals and botanical themes.
In 2018, Aboo’s exceptional talent was recognized on the international stage when she received an Honorable Mention at the 3x3 Contemporary Illustration Professional Show. With a career spanning nearly two decades, her work has been showcased in major exhibitions across Asia and Europe, including the Art O’Clock Biennale in Réunion Island and UNKNOWN ASIA in Osaka. Drawing inspiration from her daily life with her two cats, Aboo creates visual stories that are both whimsical and deeply evocative.
