Yes, absolutely! While we primarily offer framed options to ensure the best presentation and protection for the artwork, print-only orders are available upon request. Since this option is not currently listed in our automated online shop, please contact us directly, and we will be happy to process your custom order personally.

Our art prints are produced using high‑quality fine art printing technology on premium paper stocks chosen to highlight color, detail, and texture. We work with trusted print partners to ensure consistent professional quality suitable for home and gallery‑style display

Minor color variations may occur due to differences between screen settings and printed output, as well as the print process itself. These subtle differences are normal for art prints, but if you believe there is a significant quality issue, please contact us with photos so we can review your order.

We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe) and PayPal at checkout.
Both payment methods are processed through secure, encrypted connections. If you choose PayPal, your card and bank details are not shared with our store, and eligible purchases may be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. Any such additional charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We work with a global network of print partners and production facilities, so whenever possible your order is produced and shipped from a location closer to you. In many cases, especially when the order is fulfilled locally, no additional customs fees are charged. However, for some products or destinations international shipping may still be required, and in those cases customs fees may apply according to your local rules.

At Lighto Arts, every piece is made-to-order and custom-framed specifically for you。Because of this bespoke process, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged。In the rare event of transit damage, please contact us within 48 hours for a direct replacement。
