She loves philosophy, nature, traveling the world, and doing fun things with interesting people. Her creative themes mostly revolve around the relationships between individuals and others in ordinary, everyday life. She excels at weaving a sense of time and narrative into her imagery, leaving ample room for the viewer's imagination. Her work has been featured domestically and internationally, receiving recognition from global awards such as the Bologna Children's Book Fair "The Children-Spectators" contest, the US 3x3 International Illustration Show, and the UK Macmillan Prize for Illustration.
