由創作者／機構授權

創作者、攝影師、機構授權我方進行販售、接單製作，後續再進行分潤計算返回給授權方。

例如：台灣杉、常玉等作品。

買斷作品

我方直接跟藝術家、機構發行商、藝廊、博物館等買下作品（例如海報、限量版畫、原作等），而後再裝裱販售。

例如：奈良美智、草間彌生等。

寄售作品

與藝術家合作，於我方平台銷售原作、限量版數位品。

公眾領域

依現行《著作權法》第 30 條規定：「著作財產權，除本法另有規定外，存續於著作人之生存期間及其死亡後五十年。」

所以著作財產權存續期間原則上為著作人的生存期間及其死亡後五十年。著作財產權包含重製權，期間屆滿後，任何人皆可自由使用作品圖檔。

例如：琳派、莫內、浮世繪等。

Sources of Artworks

Licensed by Artists / Institutions

Artists, photographers or institutions authorise us to sell and produce their artworks to order. Royalties are calculated and returned to the licensors.

Examples: TreeProject, Sanyu.

Acquired Works

We buy works directly from artists, publishers, galleries and museums (for example posters, limited-edition prints and original works), then frame and sell them.

Examples: Yoshitomo Nara, Yayoi Kusama.

Consignment Works

We work with artists to sell original artworks and limited digital editions on our platform.

Public Domain

Article 30 of Taiwan’s Copyright Act states: “Except as otherwise provided in this Act, the economic rights of a work endure for the life of the author and fifty years after the author’s death.”

Once that period ends, the copyright, including the right of reproduction, expires, and anyone may freely use and reproduce the artwork.

Examples: Rinpa, Monet, Ukiyo-e.
