HOM is from Fengyuan, Taichung, and enjoys drawing, running and exercise. As a child, he dreamed of becoming a cartoonist and loved doodling in textbooks. University introduced him to the wider world of art; after graduation, he returned to Taichung to take illustration commissions. Now a freelance illustrator for newspapers, magazines and books, he hopes to continue doing what he loves and discovering things that inspire passion in everyday life. His books include Quiet Time and Everyday Blues, published by Locus, and Wandering with It, published by Ling Su Culture.
